Camp España has established itself as Europe's leading International Jewish Summer Camp. Our Camp Directors, Brian & Patricia Geminder, have 20 years of experience offering programmes and activities to Jewish youth aged 12-21 years. Students from 19 different countries come to us to experience the time of their lives and to leave us with memories for a lifetime, having made new friends from all over the world. The students participate in exciting sports,arts and cultural programmes and spend a fantastic summer filled with sunshine in an amazing location, right on the beach where the main language of the Camp is English.

Venue and Accommodation
Camp Espana is set in beautiful sub tropical gardens along 600 metres of wide sandy beaches, blue sea and Mediterranean surroundings, and is located in 10 acres of a beautiful 3 star resort near Marbella and Puerto Banus

The excellent accommodation is in modern 2 or 3 bedded air-conditioned rooms with ensuite shower, fridge, hair-dryer, safe and TV. Maid service is provided every second day when rooms are cleaned and towels are changed. Bed linen is changed twice weekly.

Facilities
Our campus facilities include a magnificent outdoor swimming pool, volley ball, soccer and basket ball court and floodlit tennis courts, open air disco, sandy beaches and the Mediterranean sea.

Programme 2010
This year's programme offers students the option of a 2, 3 or 4 week stay and older students once again have the opportunity to join our optional Youth Leadership programme and our young adult students to participate in our Club 18 programme.

Our Jewish summer camp programme combines optional Spanish or English language classes run by professional teachers, with sports, water sports, art and beach activities, nightly entertainment and trips to places of interest and fun.

At Camp Espana, Europe's leading Jewish summer camp, you will spend an unforgettable summer in guaranteed sunshine, learning a new language, meeting new friends from around the world all in a strictly kosher environment.

Whether you come with a friend or come on your own you will always make new friends. If you do come on our own, don't worry, lots of students do and we will find you a suitable room buddy. The way our Camp programme works you will very quickly be intergrated in to Camp life and making new friends.

The Junior Camp
Students 12 - 13 years age will participate in our daily programme. However, this age group will have their own specific Counsellors and will be accompanied on all outings and excursions.

Youth Leadership Programme (optional)
This programme is open to all participants aged 16 and above. The programme focuses on developing skills such as time management, goal setting, presentation skills and team work.

Club 18
Specially tailored for our 18-21 year old students, our Club 18 programme combines fun, freedom and learning.

Excursions
Organised excursions where you will flavour the atmosphere of Spain's Andalucia province will combine fun, culture and excitement. We shall take you to the grotto in Mijas, to picturesque Rhonda, the English enclave of Gibraltar, an island rock, set in the Mediterranean sea, Tivoli World, Aquasplash, the world famous port of Puerto Banus with its lively marina, trendy boutiques and discos and Marbella's famous Orange Square and esplanade. You will also have the opportunity to experience a night time Fiesta in Estepona and a shopping opportunity in the areas largest shopping mall.

Tour of Granada's Alhambra Palace
This year we are again offering students the opportunity of a day visit to the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada. This 12th Century Moorish Palace is extremely popular with tourists so places are limited and must be booked in advance.

Tour of Seville
Once again we are offering a day trip to Seville. Seville lies on the banks of the Guadalquivir and is one of the largest historical centres in Europe. The Jews have played a prominent part in Seville's history since the 4th Century and enjoyed great prosperity until the end of the 14th Century. The entire Jewish neighbourhood of Santa Cruz appears to be a movies set of a picturesque Andalucian Village, and is located right next to the Royal Palace, the Alcazar.

Bullfight
Due to popular demand, this summer, we shall be offering an optional trip to a bull fight, the national sport of Spain. Each bullfight comprises six bulls and three matadors, each of whom fights two bulls. Each bullfight is divided into three stages and lasts for around 20 minutes. A corrida starts with a parade of all the contestants and bailiffs dressed in 17th century costume.

Shabbat
On Shabbat we enjoy the company of a visiting Rabbi who creates a wonderful atmosphere through singing and optional discussion groups. On Friday evenings we have our special outdoor Kabbalah Shabbat service overlooking the Mediterranean Sea followed by a special Shabbat dinner. On Shabbat there is a full service for those who wish to attend, Kiddush by the pool side followed by Shabbat lunch. At nightfall we celebrate Havdalah under the stars.

Resident Directors
Brian and Patricia, our resident multi-lingual Camp Directors will oversee our 2010 summer programme together with our resident team of talented, dedicated and multi lingual international monitors who are on call 24 hours a day. We also have Counsellors experienced in First Aid and access to nearby Doctors and world class hospitals in case of emergencies

Lieu et Logement
Camp España est situé dans un parc splendide au bord de la Méditerranée le long d'une plage de 600 mètres de large, à proximité de Marbella et Puerto Banus dans une résidence trois étoiles de 10 héctares.


L’excéllent logement comprend des chambres à 2 ou 3 lits, air-conditionné, salle de bains privée, réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort et télévision.

Installation – Equipement
Notre installation comprend une magnifique piscine plein-air, des terrains de volley ball et football et un court de basket ainsi que des courts de tennis sous éclairage, une discothèque plein-air, une belle plage de sable et la Méditerranée.

Le programme 2010
Le programme de cette année offre aux étudiants l'option d'un séjour de 2, 3 ou 4 semaines et les étudiants plus âgés auront à nouveau la possibilité de participer au programme Youth Leadership et nos jeunes adultes pourront participer à notre programme Club 18.

Le programme de notre Camp d'été juif comprendra en option des cours d'anglais ou espagnol dirigés par des professeurs attitrés; ainsi que le sport, les sports d'eau, l'art et les activités de plage, les animations du soir et les excursions sympatiques et culturelles.


A Camp España, le premier camp européen d'été juif, vous y passerez un été inoubliable avec soleil garanti, en apprenant une nouvelle langue, en faisant de nouvelles rencontres du monde entier, le tout dans un cadre strictement cascher.

Le Camp Junior
Alors que tous les étudiants de 12 et 13 ans participeront à notre programme quotidien, ce groupe aura leurs moniteurs spécialement attitrés et sera accompagné à toutes les sorties et excursions.

Programme Youth Leadership:
Ce programme est disponible pour tous les participants de 16 ans et plus. Il se concentre sur le développement de compétences telles que time management, les buts, présentation et travail d'équipe

Club 18
Ce club a été particulièrement crée pour les étudiants de 18 à 21 ans. Il englobe à la fois les distractions, la liberté et l'enseignement.

Excursions
Nous organisons des excursions où vous goûterez à l'atmosphère de l'Andalousie et où vous vous amuserez toute en prenant plaisir à la culture. Nous vous emmenerons à la Grotte de Mijas, à la pittoresque Rhonda, à l'enclave anglaise de Gibraltar, dans une l'île rocheuse de la mer méditérranée, à Tivoli World, à Aquasplash, au fameux port de Puerto Banus avec sa Marina, ses boutiques à la mode, ses discothèques, son fameux Square Orange et son esplanade. Vous aurez également la possibilité de connaître la Fiesta de nuit à Estepona et vous aurez l'opportunité de faire du shopping dans l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux.


Tour du Palais de l'Alhambra à Grenade
Cette année nous offrons à nouveau l'opportunité aux étudiants d'une journée au Palais de l'Alhambra à Grenade. Ce palais maure du 12ème siècle est extrêmement prisé des touristes, de ce fait les places sont limitées et doivent être réservées à l'avance.

La Tour de Séville
A nouveau, nous offrons une excursion d'une journée à Séville. Séville se trouve sur le bord du Guadalquivir et qui est l'un des plus grands centres historiques d'Europe. Les juifs ont joué un grand rôle dans l'histoire de Séville depuis le 4ème siècle qui a connu une grande prosperité jusqu'à la fin du 14ème siècle. La totalité du quartier juif de Santa Cruz donne l'impression d'un décor de cinéma d'un joli village andalous et se trouve à proximité du Palais Royale de l'Alcazar.

Corrida
En raison des demandes, nous offrirons cette été l'option d'une excursion à une corrida, le sport national d'Espagne. Chaque course de taureaux comprend six taureaux et trois matadors chacun combattant deux taureaux. Chaque corrida et divisée en trois étapes et dure environ 20 minutes. Une corrida commence avec un défilé de tous les concurrents et des adjudicateurs habillés en costume du 17ème siècle.

Direction en residence
Brian and Patricia, nos Directeurs de Camp multi-langues, dirigeront notre programme d'été 2010 aidés de notre équipe en résidence de moniteurs internationaux, talentueux et devoues, tous à disposition 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons également des moniteurs competants dans les premiers secours avec accès aux médecins et aux Centres Médicaux avoisinants en cas d'urgence.

Le programme de Shabbat
Pour agrémenter le Shabbat nous avons le plaisir d'acceuillir un Rabin en visite ce qui crée une ambience merveilleuse à travers les chansons et les groupes de discussions possibles. Les vendredis soir nous avons notre offre de service spécial Kabbalah Shabbat en plein air donnant sur la mediterranée suivie d'un dîner spéciale Shabbat. Le Shabbat il y a une offre de service complet pour tous ceux souhaitant y participer, et le Kiddush au bord de la piscine suivi d'un déjeuner Shabbat. A la nuit tombante nous célébrons Havdalah à la belle étoile.

Gli studenti alloggiano in eccellenti bungalow climatizzati a 2 o 3 letti con doccia, frigorifero, asciugacapelli, cassaforte e TV.

Strutture
Le nostre strutture includono una magnifica piscina all’aperto, campi di pallavolo, calcio e pallacanestro e campi di tennis illuminati a giorno, una discoteca all’aperto, spiagge sabbiose e il mare Mediterraneo.

Programma 2010
Il programma di quest’anno offre agli studenti la possibilità di partecipare a un campo di 2, 3 o 4 settimane. Gli studenti più anziani avranno ancora l’opportunità di iscriversi al programma di Leadership dei giovani, mentre i nostri giovani maggiorenni potranno partecipare al programma facoltativo Club 18.

Il programma del nostro campo estivo ebraico combina corsi di inglese o spagnolo facoltativi tenuti da insegnanti professionisti con attività sportive, sport d’acqua, attività artistiche e in spiaggia, intrattenimento notturno e viaggi in luoghi interessanti e divertenti.

A Camp España, il campo leader in Europa tra tutti i campi estivi ebraici, passerete un’estate indimenticabile in cui il sole è assicurato, apprendendo una nuova lingua, incontrando nuovi amici da tutto il mondo in un ambiente rigorosamente Kosher.

Il campo Junior
Gli studenti di 12 - 13 anni di età parteciperanno al nostro programma giornaliero. Ma questo gruppo di età avrà i propri supervisori specifici e sarà sempre accompagnato in tutte le uscite ed escursioni.

Programma di Leadership dei giovani (facoltativo)
Il programma è aperto a tutti i partecipanti di 16 anni ed oltre. Il programma si concentra sullo sviluppo di capacità quali gestione del tempo, definizione di obiettivi, tecniche di presentazione e lavoro di squadra.

Club 18
Creato su misura per gli studenti da 18 a 21 anni, il nostro programma Club 18 combina divertimento, libertà e apprendimento.

Escursioni
Escursioni organizzate in cui gusterete l’atmosfera della provincia Andalusa e che combinano divertimento, cultura ed emozioni. Vi porteremo nelle seguenti località: le grotte di Mijas, la pittoresca Rhonda, il distretto inglese di Gibilterra, un’isola rocciosa incastonata nel mar Mediterraneo, Tivoli World, Aquasplash, il famosissimo Puerto Banus con il suo porto pieno di vita, boutique alla moda e discoteche, la famosa Piazza Arancione di Marbella e la sua spianata. Avrete anche l’opportunità di partecipare a una Fiesta notturna ad Estepona e di fare acquisti nel più grande centro commerciale dell’area.

Gita al Palazzo Alhambra di Granada
Anche quest’anno offriamo agli studenti l’opportunità di una visita della durata di un giorno al Palazzo Alhambra di Granada, famoso in tutto il mondo. Questo palazzo moresco del dodicesimo secolo è molto visitato dai turisti. Perciò i posti sono limitati e devono essere prenotati in anticipo.

Gita a Siviglia
Offriamo nuovamente una gita di un giorno a Siviglia. Siviglia giace lungo il fiume Guadalquivir ed è uno dei più grandi centri storici d’Europa. Gli ebrei ebbero un ruolo preminente nella storia di Siviglia sin dal 4° secolo e godettero di grande prosperità fino alla fine del 14° secolo. L’intero quartiere ebreo di Santa Cruz sembra il set cinematografico di un pittoresco villaggio andalusiano, ed è situato vicinissimo al Palazzo Reale, l’Alcázar.

Corrida
In seguito alla domanda popolare, quest’estate offriremo un viaggio facoltativo per vedere una corrida, lo sport nazionale della Spagna. Ogni corrida è formata da sei tori e tre toreri, ognuno dei quali combatte con due tori. Ogni combattimento è diviso in tre stadi e dura circa 20 minuti. Una corrida inizia con una parata di tutti i concorrenti e contadini vestiti con costumi del diciassettesimo secolo.

Shabbat
Durante il Shabbat godremo della compagnia di un Rabbi che ci visiterà per creare una meravigliosa atmosfera attraverso il canto e gruppi di discussione facoltativi. Il venerdì sera offriremo la nostra speciale cerimonia Kabbalah Shabbat all’aperto con vista sul Mar Mediterraneo seguita da una speciale cena di Shabbat. Durante il Shabbat ci sarà una cerimonia completa per chi desidera partecipare, seguita dal Kiddush intorno alla piscina e dal pranzo di Shabbat. E alla sera celebreremo l’Havdalah sotto le stelle.

I nostri direttori multilingue residenti, Brian e Patricia, sorveglieranno il programma del 2010 assieme al nostro team di supervisori multilingue internazionali esperti e dedicati che risiedono nel campus e che sono disponibili 24 ore al giorno. Inoltre, abbiamo dei supervisori esperti di pronto soccorso, dei medici disponibili nelle vicinanze e l’accesso ad ospedali di classe mondiale, in caso di emergenza.

Standort und Unterkunft
Camp España liegt in einer wunderschönen, subtropischen Gartenanlage, die direkt an einen 600 Meter langen weißen Sandstand am blauen Meer angrenzt. Das 10 Morgen (400 Ar) große Gelände bettet sich in die mediterrane Umgebung ein, und befindet sich in der Nähe vom malerischen Marbella und Puerto Banus.

Die gut ausgestattete Unterkunft besteht aus modernen Zwei- oder Dreibettenzimmern mit Klimaanglage, eigener Dusche, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Tresor und Fernseher.

Ausstattung
Die Ausstattung unseres Camps beinhalten ein großzügiges Freibad, einen Volleyball-, Fußball- und Basketballplatz, ausleuchtbare Tennisplätze, eine Freiluftdisko und sandige Strände am Mittelmeer.

Programm 2010
Das diesjährige Programm bietet Schülern die Option eines 2-, 3- oder 4wöchigen Aufenthaltes. Ältere Schüler haben wieder die Möglichkeit, an unserem wahlfreien Jugendführungsprogramm teilzunehmen und unsere jungen Erwachsenen an unserem Club 18-Programm mitzumachen.

Unser jüdisches Sommercampprogramm kombiniert wahlfreie Spanisch- und Englischkurse, die von professionellen Lehrern geleitet werden, mit Sport, Wassersport, Kunst und Strandaktivitäten, nächtlicher Unterhaltung und Reisen zu interessanten und spassigen Orten.

Bei Camp España, Europas führendem jüdischem Sommercamp verbringen Sie einen unvergesslichen Sommer mit Sonnenscheingarantie. Sie lernen eine neue Sprache, schließen neue Freundschaften aus aller Welt und das alles in einem streng koscheren Umfeld.

Das Juniorencamp
Schüler im Alter von 12 bis 13 Jahren nehmen an unserem täglichen Programm teil. Diese Altersgruppe hat ihre eigenen Aufsichtspersonen und wird bei jedem Ausflug und jeder Exkursion begleitet.

Jugendführungsprogramm (wahlfrei)
Dieses Programm ist für alle Teilnehmer im Alter von 16 Jahren und älter offen. Das Programm konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten wie Zeitplanung, Zielsetzung, Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Teamarbeit.

Club 18
Speziell für unsere 18- bis 21jährigen Schüler maßgeschneidert, unser Club 18 kombiniert Spass, Freiheit und Lernen.

Exkursionen
Organisierte Exkursionen, bei denen Sie in die Stimmung der spanischen Provinz Andalusien eintauchen, kombinieren Spass, Kultur und Spannung. Wir nehmen Sie zur Grotte in Mijas, zur malerischen Rhonda, zur englischen Enklave von Gibraltar, zu einem im Mittelmeer gelegenen Inselfelsen, zu Trivoli World, Aquasplash, zum weltberühmten Hafen von Puerto Banus mit seinem lebendigen Jachthafen, zu modischen Boutiques und Diskos und zu Marbellas berühmten Orangen Platz und zur Strandpromenade. Sie werden auch die Möglichkeit haben, bei Nacht eine Fiesta in Estepona zu erleben und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im größten Einkaufszentrum der Umgebung.

Führung durch Granadas Alhambra-Palast
Dieses Jahr bieten wir Schülern wieder die Möglichkeit einer Tagesbesichtigung des weltberühmten Alhambra-Palast in Granada. Dieser maurische Palast aus dem 12. Jahrhundert ist unheimlich beliebt unter Touristen, also sind die Plätze begrenzt und müssen im Voraus gebucht werden.

Führung von Seville
Wieder bieten wir einen Tagesausflug nach Seville. Seville liegt an den Ufern des Guadalquivir und ist eines der größten historischen Zentren Europas. Die Juden spielen seit dem 4. Jahrhundert eine bedeutende Rolle in Sevilles Geschichte und haben bis Ende des 14. Jahrhunderts erheblichen Wohlstand genoßen. Die gesamte jüdische Nachbarschaft von Santa Cruz wirkt als sei sie die Filmszene eines malerischen Andalusischen Dorfes, und befindet sich direkt neben dem Königlichen Palast, dem Alcazar.

Stierkampf
Auf vielfachen Wunsch bieten wir diesen Sommer einen wahlfreien Ausflug zu einem Stierkampf, der nationalen Sportart Spaniens. Jeder Stierkampf besteht aus sechs Stieren und drei Matadoren, die jeweils zwei Stiere bekämpfen. Jeder Stierkampf wird in drei Teile à 20 Minuten eingeteilt. Der Stierkampf (Corrida) fängt mit einer Parade von allen Wettbewerbern und Schiedsrichtern an. Diese Tragen ihre Trachten aus dem 17. Jahrhundert.

Sabbat
Am Sabbat genießen wir die Gesellschaft eines uns besuchenden Rabbis, der eine wunderbare Stimmung durch Singen und eine wahlfreie Diskussion erzeugt. Freitag abends wird draußen, mit Blick aufs Meer, ein spezieller Sabbatgottesdienst gehalten. Danach gibt es ein spezielles Sabbatabendessen. Am Sabbat gibt es einen kompletten Gottesdienst für diejenigen, die ihn besuchen mögen, Kiddusch neben dem Freibad und danach ein Sabbatmittagessen. Bei Einbruch der Nacht feiern wir Havdalah unter den Sternen.

Ansässige Direktoren
Brian und Patricia, unsere ansässigen, mehrsprachigen Campdirektoren, überwachen gemeinsam mit unserem ansässigen Team von begabten, engagierten und mehrsprachigen internationalen Aufsichtspersonen, die 24 Stunden am Tag auf Abruf sind, unser Sommerprogramm 2010. Wir haben auch Aufsichtspersonen, die mit Erster Hilfe erfahren sind, und Zugang zu nahegelegenen Ärzten und Kliniken für Notfälle.
