Transportation

Arrival by Air:
For those arriving at and departing from Malaga airport we offer an optional transfer service. Students will be met at the airport by our staff wearing our red t-shirts with our Camp Espaňa logo. Students should preferably arrive and depart between 10.00 and 17.00 hours.
For students arriving from North America, Delta Airlines now fly direct from New York (JFK) to Malaga airport. Arrival or Departure at unsocial hours may result in a supplementary charge

Arrival by Car:
Parents may bring their children to the Camp resort by 14.00 on day of arrival and pick up between 10.00am-14.00 on the date of departure.

Accommodation
The students will be accommodated in modern 2 or 3 bedded air-conditioned rooms with en-suite shower, TV, safe, hair dryer and fridge. Male and female students will be accommodated in separate areas. Maid service is provided to make up beds, clean rooms and change bed linen twice a week. Fresh towels are provided every second day.

Our Food
The catering is strictly kosher with special meals prepared for Shabbat. Vegetarian dishes are available at all meals. It is important that we are advised of any food allergies. Our resident Jewish Chef from Paris over sees our kosher kitchen and personally prepares and provides all our meals which consist of a varied and healthy cuisine.

The kashrut products are sanctioned by the Paris and London Batai Din.

Typical Breakfast:
Freshly baked croissants,pain au chocolat,baguettes
Choice of cereals,chocolate spread,peanut butter,jams,honey,selection of cheeses,boiled eggs,
orange juice,hot or cold chocolate,milk,coffee or tea

Typical Lunch & Dinner:
Salad bar-meat or fish main course with vegetables & pasta or pizzas
Desserts of fresh fruits with choice of melon, apples,peaches, pears, plums, grapes, oranges,crème au chocolat or ice lollies

Shabbat: Home made Challot, Roast Chicken & Dafina with lots of side dishes and our appetising salad bar and desserts


Medical
There is a medical centre close by and a hospital in Marbella. If your child has any continuing medical needs, allergies, special dietary needs or any other requirements you must notify us in writing at time of registration. Medicines required by the student should be sent with him/her. Any new or additional medicines or off site care required whilst the student is at camp are not covered by the programme cost.

Insurance
All students must have a comprehensive holiday medical, health and accident insurance when arriving at Camp Espaňa. Students from EU countries must also bring with them a European Health Insurance card for free medical attention at state hospitals otherwise the hospitals will make a charge. Money and Passports
There is a safe in each room for students to deposit their valuables and passports. If they wish they may deposit items in the hotel safe.

Staff
Brian and Patricia, our resident multi-lingual Camp Directors will oversee our 2010 summer programme together with our resident team of talented, dedicated and multi lingual international monitors who are on call 24 hours a day. The Counsellors are selected for their dedication, experience and warmth and work together to make the stay of each student a memorable one.We also have monitors experienced in First Aid and access to nearby Doctors and Medical Centres in case of emergencies

The language teachers are all professionally trained and experienced in teaching English and Spanish as a foreign language.

Laundry
This will be available weekly at an additional cost.

Student Freedom
We are aware that many of our students have a certain level of freedom at home. For this reason, students will be permitted off campus as detailed on the Application Form. When going off Camp the Student must sign “in” and “out” of the Camp. Failure to adhere to the permitted times and limitations may lead to automatic expulsion from the camp.

Breakages
Students and their Parents will be responsible to pay for any damage.
